25ml Gin

25ml Sloe Gin

25ml Lemon

25ml Elderflower

Cava 

Lemon garnish 

 

Mix together over ice & stir well. 

 

Strain into a coupe or other champagne glass & top up with Cava, or any other bubbles...

 

Garnish with a delicate wedge of lemon.
